The case is well made and very sturdy. It fits the phone very well. The only complaint that I really have about the case is that the four menu buttons at the bottom of the phone are hard to access because the case comes up high on the bottom part of the phone, this also is an issue when trying to access the menu functions at the top of the screen (ie. wifi, bluetooth, silent mode etc.) if you have normal size hands it probably won't be a issue but if you are on the taller, or larger size it may be a nuisance. For my job though I would rather have that small inconvience rather than totalling another phone.

The Otterbox Defender is an awesome case. Good protection, and easy on-off holster. It does make your phone a lot bigger though. I think it gives my Samsung Galaxy S a much better feel, and the buttons are actually easier to press. This is where the iPhone is stronger: the feel of the phone. But other than that, I'm glad I got this Android phone, and it's even better with the case!
I did modify the holster so that I can plug in headphones. I used a drill to create two indents where the headphones should be, which allowed me to use headphones while the phone is in the holster!
